Desсription: The CMDR COE Morale and Welfare Program is a quality-of-life program which improves unit readiness, promotes physical fitness, builds unit morale and cohesion, enhances quality of life, and provides sport, social, and other support activities. Morale and Welfare Activities are defined as events for increasing the CMDR COE team spirit and team building process. Additionally, these events should be used as a platform for official acts as well as promotion in rank/position, farewell ceremonies etc.
