In close collaboration with the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom, CMDR COE carried out its residential iteration of the Building Integrity in Crisis Management and Disaster Response Course, from 10 to 13 June 2025.
The course is designed to assist capabilities to reduce the risk of corruption by ensuring higher levels of transparency and accountability in the defence and security sector. Besides, it also underscores the importance of efficient public financial management and sheer division of responsibilities in crises and aftermath. A BI team of instructors delivered lectures focused on awareness to integrity in the fields of resource management and leadership. All lectures delved into the ambiguity of human and organisations interests where outputs from disaster relief and civil emergency missions reflect to the security environment.
