Date: (05-02-2025)
The aim of the training was to provide basic knowledge and skills required for the overall contribution to the Analysis and Lessons Learned (A&LL) Process within the organisation, which is vital for achieving organizational goals, fulfilling missions, and enhancing the quality of the products. During the training, the CMDR COE personnel deepened their understanding of the LL process and analysis techniques, reinforcing the importance of identifying weaknesses, implementing corrective actions, and fostering a culture of learning and adaptation.
JATT instructors, LTC Oswald Fahrner, DEU, and LTC Jason Thompson, USA, provided highly professional training, attracting active involvement and productive brainstorming.
The training curriculum included theoretical lectures and practical group works.
The training was completed successfully and the JATT leader awarded all participants with certificates for completion.
