A strategic thinking for crisis response

In a comprehensive week-long program, the CMDR COE concluded its residential course on the Strategic Decision Making for Crisis Response Operations. Held in the period 25-29 November 2024, brought together a diverse group of experts and professionals not only from Europe, but from Africa, Asia and Latin America.
The aim of the course was to served as a platform to enhance the critical thinking and knowledge for managing crises and making informed decisions in high-pressure situations. Therefore over the course participants immersed themselves in a dynamic learning environment designed by the experts from CMDR COE. Each day was packed with engaging syndicate work sessions that encouraged collaboration and knowledge sharing, alongside meticulously crafted strategic games that tested their skills. United by a shared commitment to advancing expertise, the attendees were involved in fictional practical tasks where shared different perspectives, deriving from scenarios for strategic decision-making.
