The COBRA training course offered a full-scale educational program that included modules on system introduction, monitoring tools, operational picture utilization, comprehensive emergency management, customization, technical setup, and practical exercises implemented through a Table-top exercise. The training aimed to enhance the participants' understanding and capability in managing crises at tactical, command, and strategic levels, using new technology.

"We are pleased to have hosted the Cobra training course at our facility," said Colonel Orlin Nikolov, Director of CMDR COE.
