CMDR COE contributed to SEESIM 25 Final Coordination Conference

Date: (13-10-2025)
From 6 to 9 October 2025, representatives of the CMDR COE participated in the Final Coordination Conference (FCC) for the South-Eastern Europe Simulation Command Post/Computer-Assisted Exercise (SEESIM 25) in Bucharest, Romania. This three-day event brought together experts from the South-East Europe Defence Ministerial (SEDM), SEEBRIG and CMDR COE to finalise preparations for the upcoming regional crisis-response exercise.
SEESIM 25 is the eleventh iteration of the exercise and aims to promote cooperation, coordination and interoperability of civil-military operations, and to reinforce real-world crisis response within and among the SEDM nations and SEDM initiatives through effective use of computer modelling and simulation (M&S).
CMDR COE will play an active role in the execution phase of SEESIM 25, scheduled for late November 2025. As part of its support, the Centre is leading a dedicated Mini Exercise (MiniEx).
The Euro-Atlantic Disaster Response Coordination Centre (EADRCC) will support both the main SEESIM 25 exercise and the CMDR COE experiment. As the November exercise phase approaches, the CMDR COE team stands ready to contribute its expertise.
