Completed Internship Programme

The CMDR COE is proud to announce that Mr. Can Uyar has successfully concluded the 2025 Spring Iteration Internship Programme, after five months of dedication and hard work.
On the 19th June 2025 the intern Can Uyar presented his final project on “Social Capacity in Disaster Respond: Enhancing Resilience by Education and Training”. His work was conducted under the supervision of LTC Margarita Koumanova, whose expertise helped to shape the direction of the project. During the final days of Mr. Can Uyar in Sofia, the CMDR COE Director Colonel Orlin Nikolov presented a certificate for successfully completing the programme in appreciation of his work on the research paper, and the entire dedicated performance.
As an intern at the Education and Training Branch, Mr. Uyar delivered a comprehensive and thought-provoking presentation of his final research paper covering the issue of social capacity in disaster respond in front of the CMDR COE team of experts. He has been actively involved in supporting the daily tasks and courses in CMDR COE contributing to the organisation.
The CMDR COE Director expressed his appreciation for highly motivated involvment of Can, solid knowledge, professional approach, and youthful enthusiasm. The staff sincerely wishes success to Can in his bright future carreer.
