CAX in Moldova

Date: (17-03-2025)
From March 10 to March 14, 2025, the Exercise “Resolute Savior 2025” (RS25) was held in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, organized by the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations of Moldova (IGSU), NATO Liaison Office in Republic of Moldova and CMDR COE. Our experts supported the overall process starting from the specifications, continuing with planning and execution.
RS25 was conducted as a Computer-Assisted Command Post Exercise (CAX/CPX) under the NATO Partnership for Peace (PfP) Initiative. The primary goal was to enhance the integration and interoperability of Moldova’s IGSU, ensuring its ability to effectively implement national procedures and a comprehensive approach to security concerns and regional crisis management. The exercise also served as a training platform, strengthening crisis response capabilities and reinforcing coordination among decision-makers.
More than 75 participants, including representatives from national and local administration, actively engaged in the exercise.
RS25 proved to be a valuable training opportunity, significantly improving the crisis response capabilities of the IGSU. Participants demonstrated enhanced coordination and decision-making skills, effectively applying national procedures in simulated crisis scenarios. The exercise also fostered stronger collaboration between various government agencies, reinforcing Moldova’s preparedness for potential regional security threats. The event was well-received, with participants acknowledging the importance of joint training efforts in building a more resilient emergency response framework.
