CMDR COE 3rd Anniversary

The CMDR COE marked the third year of its official accreditation as an international military organization with a formal reception, which took place at Lozenets Residence.
The event hosted Ambassadors and foreign military attaches; commanders of the armed forces; representatives from various ministries, and from the academia.
Colonel Vassil ROUSSINOV, Director CMDR COE, noted the continuous efforts of the Centre to improve national capabilities and to enable smooth harmonization
with NATO standards and procedures. He further highlighted the importance of collaborative partnerships and constructive interaction in achieving the afore-mentioned objective, and thus - in contributing to the overall process of NATO’s transformation.
The honourable guests were also welcomed by Mr. Atanas ZAPRYANOV - Deputy Minister of Defence of the Republic of Bulgaria. Mr. Zapryanov underlined the important and firmly cemented position of the Centre as a valuable partner for the Ministry of Defence. He congratulated the CMDR COE international team on their motivation and determination in the pursuit of improved and enhanced crisis management and disaster response capabilities
