Agreement Signing Ceremony
Date: (14-11-2016)
On November 10th, 2016, the Crisis Management and Disaster Response Centre of Excellence and the National Defence Academy ‘G. S. Rakovski’ signed a cooperation agreement.
Major general Todor Dotchev, Commandant of the National Defence Academy ‘G. S. Rakovski’ opened the ceremony with a short welcome address. He indicated that the National Defence Academy ‘G. S. The CMDR COE Director, Colonel Vassil Roussinov, expressed his gratitude to Major general Todor Dotchev for the continuous support and mutually beneficial cooperation. ‘It is an honor and a privilege for us to sing such an agreement, which serves as a natural continuation of the efforts of the two institutions to develop and strengthen crisis management and disaster response capabilities at both Alliance and national levels’, he highlighted.
The end of the ceremony was marked by the signing of a cooperation agreement on, among other things, common scientific research activities оn topical matters of mutual interest and on the development of specific academic-practical projects.
