A beneficial training on Analysis and Lessons Learned

The JALLC METT Analysis and Lessons Learned Training was conducted by JALLC instructors from 31 January until 02 February 2023 in CMDR COE premises with the active participation of CMDR COE all branches’ representatives.
The aim of the training is to provide basic knowledge and skills to the CMDR COE staff members required for contribution to the Analysis and Lessons Learned (A&LL) Process. The main objective of the training has reached the CMDR COE audience with various analysis techniques and paved the way to develop skills in further LL activities and routines.
The training curriculum included theoretical lectures and practical group works. The training was completed successfully and all participants were awarded with certificates for completion by the JALLC METT leader.
