Exercise Belene 21 Seminar

CMDR COE team participated in a seminar, held in the town of Belene, Bulgaria. It was for the preparation of a municipal exercise to improve the interaction and coordination of the components of the Unified Rescue System and the executive authorities for disaster response exercise 'Belene 21'.
Partners of the CMDR COE in conducting the Municipal exercise are: District Administration, Fire Safety and Civil Protection Regional Directorate-Pleven and the Center for Research.
In addition, members from the Directorate of River Administration - Ruse, Directorate "National System Call 112" -Sofia, Regional Service of Military Police-Pleven, Bulgarian Land Forces Command, and 55 Engineer regiment also took part in the event.
The presentations that were presented are the basis for good planning for the upcoming exercise in concern of the local response to natural disasters and incidents.
