The 2025 NATO-wide TNA Workshop for NATO BCM Discipline will be held online on 10 APR 2025 by the Crisis Management and Disaster Response Centre of Excellence (CMDR COE) in Sofia, Bulgaria. As Department Head (DH) of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Discipline in NATO, the CMDR COE plays the leading role in conducting the respective Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with the aim to minimise the performance gaps identified by the Training Requirement Analysis (TRA), to define the learning and enabling objectives, and to ensure a systematic delivery of Education and Training (E&T) solutions that correspond to the identified NATO-specific E&T requirements.
The 2025 NATO-wide TNA Workshop for NATO BCM Discipline will provide a unique opportunity for the BCM Community of Interest to exchange best practices and to share insights concerning the E&T requirements and identified performance gaps in the BCM field across the NATO Enterprise.
The approved attendees will be provided with a registration link, joining instructions and the final agenda NLT 10 days prior to the event. Therefore, upon the internal selection and nomination of experts, each invited entity is kindly requested to provide their contact details to the 2025 NATO-wide BCM Discipline TNA Workshop CMDR COE Points of Contact.
