Aim:
The aim of the conference is to strengthen cooperation among all BCM practitioners across the NATO Enterprise, share best practices, and identify potential opportunities for collaboration.
Audience:
This conference is designed for business continuity practitioners across all NATO bodies. Whether you're an experienced practitioner or new to the field, this conference offers valuable insights for all levels of expertise.
Prerequisite:
There are no specific prerequisites for attending this conference. It is open to anyone interested in business continuity and resilience.
Methodology:
The conference will feature a mix of keynote presentations, workshops, and interactive sessions. Participants can engage in discussions, ask questions, and share their experiences with fellow attendees.
Language:
The primary language of the conference will be English. Translation will not be provided.

Attendees are responsible for making their own transportation arrangements. The CMDR COE has made a block-booking reservation at Astoria Grand Hotel (walking distance from the conference venue) at a close rate of EUR 90 person/night (breakfast included).

Programme.
The first planned activity is an icebreaker session scheduled for Tuesday, the 14th, at 18:00 at the hotel.
The conference sessions are scheduled to conclude on Thursday, the 16th, at 12:30.

Members of the Business Continuity Advisory Group are requested to participate in the two events organised on 14th November: pre-confererence coordination meeting and the Training Requirements Analysis Working Group.
