Support Branch
The CMDR COE Support Branch (SB) is a strong inner pillar of the Centre as providings the critical uphold within the areas of IT, logistics, transport, personnel management and administration, procurement and assets management.
SB mission is to ensure the supply chain process by planning, execution, and control of all resources and services needed. In order to achieve the objectives and goals of CMDR COE's strategy, POW events and daily routines the SB applies the results oriented approach.
SB resolves all inquiries and maintain inventory of all office supplies and place required purchase orders and perform all clerical work.
SB oversees all shipments and provides all warehouse in the process of supprting Centre's events and maintaining all branches's issues.
SB consists of three sections: Administration & Logistic, CIS and Procurement.
Specific standard operating procedures define the good coordination and interaction among them and with the other branches. The constant performance assessment of all members of the Branch and every Section as a team frame the high value results for every task assigned.
The Capabilities Branch bears responsibility for the overall implementation of activities related to Planning & Project Management, Information Collection, Publication and Data Base, and Modelling and Simulation (MODSIM).
