Visit from NATO Stability Policing COE

The CMDR COE hosted a delegation from the NATO Stability Policing Centre of Excellence, led by Colonel Giuseppe De Magistris, NATO Stability Policing COE Director. The distinguished guests were warmly welcomed by Colonel Orlin Nikolov, CMDR COE Director, who presented the main activities, projects and Centre's Programme of Work as well. "The development of technology will undoubtedly create opportunities but also pose new challenges. That is why we need to have an understanding of the potential negative developments for security in order to be better prepared to face the challenges that lie ahead", stated Colonel Nikolov.
On his turn, Colonel De Magistris introduced the mission and work of NATO Stability Policing Centre of Excellence. He expressed his gratitude for the reception and shared his view of the importance of the relationships between the two centers. The meeting discussions were mainly focused on further bilateral cooperation in projects and initiatives.
